Terms & Conditions

• Bookings (Henna Services): A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings.

Cancellation Policy (Henna Services):

• If you cancel: The deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for the remaining balance.
• If we cancel: We’ll refund the full amount paid.
• Payment (Henna Services): Balance payment is due 3 days before the service date.

Nikkah Products:

• Full payment is required to order.
• Orders must be placed at least 20 days before the wedding.
• Orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours.
• Payment is non-refundable if cancelled or not collected after 24 hours.
